All properties are offered using assured shorthold tenancy contracts. Copies of these are available for inspection.

A retaining fee of £25 per person is required on signing the contract. This is not an additional charge and is deducted from the deposit.

A deposit amounting to four weeks rent is required on moving into the property.

The bills package includes gas, electricity, water and sewerage costs, television licence, broadband service. Please note certain usage limits apply and all premium numbers, mobile and international calls are chargeable. Further note there is no provision for council tax as it is assumed a student waiver will apply.

The rent is a monthly fee and can be paid, monthly, or termly (payments at start of year, early in the New Year and shortly after Easter). Each person can choose their preferred method of payment, but we ask that once chosen you stick with the selected method throughout the year.

Rent is payable in advance by standing order. Termly payments can be made by cash or cheque as an alternative.

A fee is payable on 1st July to cover the summer period. This fee equates to 50% of the sum that would be payable in rent over the summer period if the standard rate applied. The summer period covers July and August.

All properties are non-smoking.

All Kitchens are supplied with a wide range of cooking utensils and crockery and cutlery appropriate to the level of occupation. All have a dishwasher and a washing machine and a microwave oven.
