The Area

All our properties are based in Combe Down, which has the advantage of being one of the closest areas to the University for student lets. It also offers level access so makes walking and cycling easy options.

A footpath from Claverton Down where the University is located to Combe Down provides walkers and cyclists with quick access to the Uni and keeps them off the road for a good part of the journey.

Combe Down has a good range of shops, pubs and takeaways. There are also good transport links to the University and into the city. Most of the properties have off street parking and there are no restricted parking measures outside any of the houses.

Buses

The University 'U2' bus service operated by First Bus runs up to every 12 minutes during peak hours making the journey to and from Combe Down in about 10 minutes. Off peak, the service runs every half an hour.
The number '2' service runs into the city centre and again takes about ten minutes. Full details for these services are available on the First Group website.
